What a great mystery, what a sweet misery. To watch you from across the room is all fine and games until you start my way. Buzzing like a wire exposed in an empty room, dark but illuminated by its' own powerful excesses. I'm all ears, just tell me what you want me to hear. It's not so hard you know, to entertain and please, to create and share a thought so lovely that only you can explain it. Emphasize what matters most, let me into wherever you hide - analyzing tact and skill - I want to be where you are. No it's fine if you're scared, I'm always scared, I'm constantly second guessing myself and laughing at my mistakes and then promptly repeating that cycle. Invite me in to where it's covered, where you find shelter from the consistent barrage of storms - life, loves, the ones surrounding you and the ones you can't seem to grasp even though you try so god damned hard.
And I still know that once I find you, you'll only disappear.
Soundtrack: Sufjan Stevens - Flint
